We are now in possession of medium and large garment samples from Impsport. The design/artwork is approved and ready to go. The only tweak to the design has been making the sleeve area predominantly yellow for safety/visibility reasons.

We have the prices and all the information needed to progress an order. At the meeting next week, Tuesday 6th October, I want to start collecting members' orders, with a view to placing the order early November.

25% deposit is required with order.

Our current delivery programme is 8 weeks from the receipt of your order together with a deposit of 25% of the order value.

Discounts (on club/team design clothing only) are allowed as follows:

10% for orders of a value over £750 (before VAT)

12.5% for orders over £1,500 (before VAT)

15% for orders over £2,500. (Before VAT)

(These discounts exclude artwork costs which are net)

Should your order qualify for a discount, this may be deducted from your invoice value subject to our receipt of payment within one month from the date of the invoice. The Invoice must be paid within 28 days from date of order to get the discount.

The above prices are valid for 28 days and exclude delivery costs and value added tax which will be added where applicable after deduction of discounts. Children’s clothing up and including size 32” chest is VAT exempt.

Have you had any progress with the Gamex tops? If I can't get one of those I will have to order something else, but I would really prefer the Gamex.

Again, I chased this up last week. The sales team were in turn going to chase up the Director and production guy, so I guess I will be making another call soon!

It's work in progress. Will announce on here when we know.

Impsport confirmed today that they had managed to source a suitable material akin to the old Gamex capes we had from Alexa.
They are priced at £38.50 + VAT, but cheaper if we order more than 12.

A revised price list on a sliding scale has been issued; but the prices overall don't make a huge difference. Simple equation - the more ordered, the more discount and less cost per garment.

I have forwarded Jack the details so you should soon know with the meeting notices and at the meeting what the score is.
